Big River Toyota would like to address your concerns surrounding the constantly changing precautions relating to Coronavirus and how our dealership is dealing with your needs and the safety of our staff. We are currently fully operational, however we recognise the severity of the COVID-19 outbreak. To continue providing our high levels of service and safety to our customers and team members, we have introduced the following measures.

CLEANLINESS

We are deeply committed to the health and safety of our entire family - staff, their families and you, our extended family, our valued customers. 

We have revised and refocused our hygiene standards both in quality and frequency with particular attention to frequently touched surfaces including desks, door handles, waiting/reception areas, toilets, keys, and any other surface that is contacted regularly. All vehicles which are made available for a test drive are thoroughly sanitized after use for your safety.

SERVICE DEPARTMENT 

Our technicians will continue to wear protective gloves and use disinfectant on touched surfaces to ensure optimum cleanliness and protection. All customers vehicles are sanitized before and after servicing at our service department. For your convenience, you can book your vehicle service online, please visit Online Service Booking.

SALES DEPARTMENT 

Similarly, Sales Consultants will ensure all touched surfaces are thoroughly disinfected and are ready and willing to demonstrate or handover your new or pre-owned vehicle in a safe and sanitized environment. 

CARING FOR YOU 

We recommend that any employees that show flu-like symptoms remain home and encourage best practices as guided by the health authorities. With the constantly evolving circumstances, we are ready and willing to provide you with the service that you may prefer, particularly if you are concerned with face to face interaction. Please feel free to voice your concerns with our staff who will endeavour to compliment your needs and expectation. At the same time, we will constantly update our procedures in line with evolving recommendations guided by the Public Health Authorities.
